When registering, all information should be filled up appropriately, otherwise it will not be processed. Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail.

If you have successfully registered (with payment), your ID and Technical Program will be ready for you to pick up at the registration desk during the conference. Please wear your ID throughout the conference.

Registration Fees


Please note unpaid reservation within one (1) month will not be considered as a valid registration unless fully paid and confirmed. The reservation summary therefore cannot be considered as a valid registration confirmation. Please make sure to pay your registration fee within the time frame.

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.

 


Confirmation

Upon receipt of the correct registration fee (clear of bank charges), each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the Registration desk at the conference venue as proof of your registration. Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of payment.

 


Payment

All fees for the conference registration should be paid in US DOLLAR (US$) for international attendees and PESO (PhP) for local presenters and participants, free of all bank charges. Please refer to the table below for payment account information.
